Dua Hari Penuh Kalori...

Assalamualaikum w.b.t...

[seafood lasagna]
*dah luak sikit sebab lapar sangat, pizza lambat sampai...*

Tak terkira berapa banyak lebihan kalori yang akhirnya menjadi lemak-lemak dalam badan
Dalam sem ni, boleh kira dengan sebelah jari berapa kali aku jogging kat tasik tu

Jaga Diri, Jaga Iman, Jaga Badan

p/s: rasa macam cacing yang mengidam nak makan ini semua, aku tak bersalah..
